I have a strong technical background in data analysis and SAP and have led IMS/WMS implementations for InFlow, Skuvault, and ShipHero; however, I also have over a decade of real-world warehousing experience where I've led teams ranging from 80+ members in Fortune 100 distribution centers, to 3PL's looking to modernize their practices and systems half-way across the world, to small companies looking to start tracking their inventory for the first time in ~3000 sq. ft. operations. While I emphasize data-driven thinking and enjoy building out dashboards to track KPI's and getting into the granular details to reach the best strategy for a client, I also know that the people are the determinant of the success or failure of any warehousing project - so I also focus on coaching and developing management staff and leaders to make the team as cohesive as possible.
